The Orange Fan Club was created by Kelly Myers out of a desire to show clients that service after the sale, really does happen.  National Association of Realtors polled thousands of clients and asked how many would use the agent they had in their previous transaction.  83% said they would, but only 10-18% actually did because they disappeared and never stayed in touch.  After reading this statistic, we wanted to make sure we built lasting relationships with our clients so they could be comfortable with having an agent for life.  Not only an agent for life, but a friend and partnership.
